Question
Hi Scott--I have about 6000 emails in my Outlook 7, and I need to continue keeping them--many are large advertising files and have photos, etc. How do I set up a separate hard drive just for my Outlook?  And would that help enormously, because right now things are really slowing done because of the volume I have stored.

Answer
Are we talking Outlook or Outlook Express? If its Outlook then putting them on a separate drive isn't going to help. What you need to check is the size of your pst file.

What I would recommend is to organize your mail into folders, then archive the older mail. You can set up the archives to have different archives for different folders.

Hope this helps
