Question I am having 2 problems.
1. I am using Mozilla Thunderbird for over a year. Since about 2 weeks when I am trying to send email to different people I get following email message: An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded :Mailbox unavailable...Please check the message and try again.
What should I check on the message? What can I do to be able to send a message again?
2. Something must be wrong with my POP3 Mail Server. I am using Yahoo. There is another problem I just discovered. I was always able to get and send mail. Recently I get message when "I Check for new messages" :"There is no new message on the server. But when I go online I have messages in my Inbox. What is going on?
I hope you can help me. Thank you. Olivia
Answer Hello Olivia!
Thanks for your questions!
1. The error message says the email inbox no longer exsists, so there is nothing you can do here
2. Check that the Yahoo you use supports POP3, not all Yahoo (Usa, Germany, UK, etc) supports POP3. Also check the settings are correct in your email client, if nothing helps report and ask Yahoo Customer Care.
