Question
My OS is Windows XP and my email program is Outlook Express 6.0.  When I open OE, most of the time, it will say "Connecting", and if I click on anything in the program, OE stops responding.  Occasionally, it works likes its suppose to, although today it hasn't worked at all.  Please, I need help.

Answer
Hi Kay,

Go to Windows Update and download the available updates.

Verify that the settings are correct in OE. With OE opened, go to Tools, Accounts, under the Mail tab is where you can check the settings.

Are you sure that you are on-line when opening OE? By any chance, are you running Norton AntiVirus? If yes, please see the following site for help:

Hope this helps!
Lorry
