Question
i received a word document attachment that i needed to update and return to sender. i spent 4 hours updating with information and saving as i went, but i did not save to another name, i saved and closed but when i went in to check all my work had disappeared and i cannot find it, i know now that i should have used the save attachments or saved to a file in my documents but i didn't, can you help me so i don't have to try to find all the information again thanks lynne

Answer
Hi Lynne,

Do have MS Outlook setup to automatically save attachments?

If you didn't save the attachment but didn't delete the message yet, you might still be able to find it. The only thing I can think of is to run a search for the file name.

Sorry I couldn't help you further,
Lorry
