Question
Hi Lorry,
Hi Lorry,
I tried to contact you through the follow-up question, but the system wouldn’t let me because I asked too many follow-up questions.
Then I tried sending you a new question, but the system said you were maxed out.
Anyway, I wanted to thank you. I don’t know if the trogon virus that corrupted my Norton 360 security has been removed from my computer, but I now have email and other websites. Thank you.
As you know I have Norton 360. Is there a better security system, or will these viruses eventually get through on all of them?
Thank you Lorry,
Randy

Answer
Hi Randy,

To verify if the virus/threat has been removed, I would run the free Symantec scan. In case you don't have it, here is the site:

http://security.symantec.com/sscv6/WelcomePage.asp

No matter which program you use, the important thing is to keep it up to date and to run a virus scan once a week.

Hope this helps!
Lorry
