Hi Lorry,
Great job restoring my computer/security.

Sorry to bother you again.
I’m trying to set up my computer so it runs Norton 360 live update and full system scan during the night while I’m sleeping.
It’s asking for administrator password and for the life of me I can’t remember it. I’ve tried everything I can think of.
Would you know of a way to retrieve the administrative password?
I even tried leaving it blank, which is something I would have done, but no, blank isn’t it.

The above site lists a few different password recovery programs.

Once you have it, write it down somewhere so you'll have it in the future.
