Expertise I did an education as a Management Assistant in Informatics, I am using the Opera browser since year 2000 & the M2 email client since 2004.
I will do my best to answer also other email related questions and email client settings related, etc.
But please no Outlook or Outlook Express questions, since I do not use that. (But if you really want to ask in that field, I will sure do try my best to answer your question nicely and correctly anyway :) ).
This includes but is not limited to web based email or whatever comes to your mind.
Experience I am a Management Assistant in Informatics education which was done under the control of the CCI (Chamber of Commerce and Industry). And had to solve various PC, email and other related problems. Using computers since 1990.

Question hello Joerg , I have a question , can I attach a picture in the body of the email but in the exact position i want to ? for example a little icon at the end ,or some pictures in between the text without , using an html format ,
or any pictures I attach will automatically at the end of the text ?

Thanks for your question!
Yes, this is possible with HTML formatted emails. But not every web email service and not every email client program allows composing such. Also many services don't allow displaying HTML emails or just remove all the HTML content so only the plain text is diplayed.
This is for security measures so nothing bad can intrude the system this way.
This is why it is strongly suggested to stick with plain emails instead.
