Expert: Umesh Chaudhary - 6/25/2009
Question Dear Umesh,
I was recently fired by my company during the bond period on lack of performance.no prior notice was given.Instead they gave me 2 months salary. They forcefully made me to resign to get all these benefits. Now i got a letter from the company asking me to pay the bond amount, 1 lakh, in case if i need experience letter.
my question is:
Why should i pay any money to company b’cos it was not me who broke the bond but them?
They made me to forcefully resign, in that scenario, will the candidate has to pay the bond money to get the experience letter?
please advice me...

Answer Dear Swetha,
Hope you're doing fine.
Give me details, language of bond where 1 Lakh clause is mentioned, your designation, profile, tenure with this company, monthly salary, city and state etc. This will help me in answering upto your expectation.
Take care,
Best regards,
