I DID BECOUSE HE'S REALLY NICE AND YOU KNOW ALL MY CO-WORKERS GET VERY GOOD THERE IN THAT OFFICE.BUT I CLEARLY TOLD HIM THAT I WILL BUT THAT I DIDNT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN AGIN BECOUSE I WILL TAKE IT TO THE HEAD BOSS!! WE HAVE A SYSTEM THAT WE CLOCK IN AND OUT SO I DONT KNOW IF THAT THING IS AT FAULT ARE THEY JUST ACTING DUMB!! WELL TODAY PAYCHECK AGAIN AND IM SHORT 4HRS WHAT SHOUL I DO I LIVE IN LAS VEGAS.. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO OR SAY CAN SOMEBODY HELP !!!
Answer You need to talk to your HR or Payroll representative and find out why your check is short 4 hours. You cannot let it go, it is illegal to pay the employee less than what is earned.
If you cannot get answers from HR or Payroll go to the main boss and let him know your check is short 4 hours each time.
If that does not solve the problem than contact your Local Department of Labor and put in a claim for unpaid wages on the 8 hours unpaid. The two 4 hours variances.
