Question
dear Sir,

I have signed a bond in L&T FOR 2 YEARS. As of now, I have completed my one year on 4th July, 2009.I want to leave L&T because I have got admission into higher studies.what shall i do?Should i give my resignation or shall i abscond?

Answer
Dear Tejas,

Hope you're doing fine.
It depends on what kind of bind you have signed. Tell me more about conditions written there. Also tell your designation, ctc and location.
Absconding will get you notices in future. Dont do that.
