I don't expect here to have a comprehensive response anyway, but I would like to mention that my question was specifically related to Section 207.041 of the Texas Unemployment Compensation Act. At this stage, unemployment application was already filed, and a letter "Determination of Payment" mentioning the above Section was received. I thought that it may be possible to appeal based on the rule that the upcoming job should be "in the capacity" according to 207.041(a)(2).|
