I took FMLA from 11/11/2014 through 2/03/2015.  When am I eligible to take FMLA leave again?

My answer...
Assuming you haven't taken any leave in prior 12 month period 11-11-2014 back to 12-11-13 and using the Rolling "back" method.

11-18-14 1 wk
11-25-14 2 wks
12-2-14 3 wks
12-9-14 4 wks

12-16-14 5 wks
12-23-14 6 wks
12-30-14 7 wks
1-6-15 8 wks

1-13-15 9 wks
1-20-15 10 wks
1-27-15 11 wks
2-3-15 12 wks

That's a total of 12 weeks. You are eligible for FMLA leave again 11-11-2015.
