Employment Law/grace period


What does this mean? There is a 5 minute grace period allowed for all associates to clock in prior to the scheduled start time.

Dear Michelle,

Hope you're doing good.

Your employer has given you a grace period or additional time of five minutes in logging to your attendance everyday.

Suppose your shift starts at 10.00 am your employer has given you grace period of five minutes so you can log on till 10.05 am.
