12/25/2016 suspended for no reason or duration. Took FMLA on 1/28/2016 due to stress.
Charging-constructive discharge, harrasment, hostile work environment.

The sexual harrasment- Dr exposed himself in his office 2x
Adverse employment actions followed complaints.
