Answer
Hello Enma,
The best advice for the questions you ask, plus answers to many others, can be found in a book written by John Walsh -"Using Insulin". This book gives the best, most easily understood and usable information for lay people I have seen or used. Mr. Walsh has a website: www.diabetesmall.com
or his phone number is 800-988-4772.
Best of luck,
Jerry Munden
