Question is it safe to undergo surgery just to removed the endo cyst on my right ovary. i was diagnose with endometrioma, im 29 years old, married for 3 years.

Thanks for writing. Surgical drainage and removal of endometriomas are the recommended treatment for the most successful outcome, so the short answer is, by and large, yes. However, do be certain that your doctor will be prepared to properly treat the endometrioma as well as any Endometriosis he or she may encounter during the surgery.
