English as a Second Language/Grammar Questions

Why are the following sentences ungrammatical or at least unacceptable?
1. In the bus was eaten a sandwich by Bill.
2. Two liters were contained by the bottle.

Finally, how would you answer this?

One of your students asks you to distinguish between be married and get married. What would you say? How about have married and have been married?

The 2 sentences are in passive form.

They could easily be said and better understood or comprehended by the reader/listener if they were in the active voice.

So, its easier for a person to understand:
1. Bill ate a sandwich in the bus.
2. The bottle contained two litres.

For the second part,
Get married = Find a life partner and get married to him/her
Be married sounds incorrect.

Have been married = You 'have been married' for say 5 years i.e. you got married 5 years back and have been married since then.

Have married = I 'have married' her as she could support me financially.

There is a difference between have married and have been married. Both have absolutely different meanings.
