I have loved you eversince I met you.
Perfect Tense

What about:
I have been loving you.
or
I have to go to work.
What will be their tenses.

I have loved (Present Perfect Tense) you ever since I met (Simple Past Tense) you.

I have been loving (Present Perfect Continuous Tense) you.

I have to go (Simple Present Tense)  to work.
