Answer
Hi Nilo,

1.Are these sentences correct?

People get married at an early age around 20 to 25.
>>> This is almost correct; it needs some punctuation changes: People get married at an early age: around 20 to 25.
in all honesty I'd rephrase the sentence to read: Most people get married at the early age of 20 to 25.

People get married in early age around 20 to 25.
>>> incorrect

People get married at the early age of 20 to 25.
>>> This is correct

I work in X institute.(  x is the name of the institute).
>>> Depending on what you're trying to say this may be correct. If you imply that your office is in the X institute then yes, this should work.

I work at X institute.
>>> This is correct, given that you mean that the X institute is your employer.

Oh and by the way, you need to have an article in front of "X" so you should say: I work in/at the X institute.

Here can you say that your father is wrong.
>>> This is not correct - not sure how to fix it though as I don't know what you're trying to say - feel free to follow up and give me some more details so we can work this out.

2.Are there any differences between these two sentences?

People get married at the early age of 20.
People get married at the young age of 20.

>>> No differences, both sentences are correct and have the same meaning.

As always, I hope this helps.

Looking forward for more of your interesting questions.
