English as a Second Language/question

Is it correct to say "the manager of university","the boss of university" and "the dean of university"?
Please correct these.
I was walking in the university suddenly I saw the boss of  university.
I am the boss of school.
I am the manager of school.

I have never heard of "boss" or "manager" being used in the context you suggested.

A school can have a dean, or a principal but no boss or manager.

I was walking through the campus of the University. Suddenly I saw the dean.
I am the principal/dean of the school.
