Hello Amy,
Iím not sure if Iím using the word ďagesĒ correctly in the following sentences. In other words, are the following sentences grammatically correct and do they make sense?
1. I havenít been to China for ages.
2. I havenít been to China in ages.
3. I havenít seen him for ages.
4. I havenít seen him in ages.
5. I havenít been angry with him for ages.
6. I havenít been angry with him in ages
7. Itís been ages since I saw him.
8. Itís been ages since I have been to China.
9. The last time I saw him was ages ago.
10. Ages have passed by since Iíve seen him.
11. I wonít see him again for ages.
12. Iíve been depressed for ages.
13. Iíve been depressed in ages.
14. Iíve been depressed ages.
15. Ages ago I learned how to cook.
16. Iíve known him ages.
17. Iíve known him for ages.
18. Iíve known him in ages.
