Mayflies have very long, long streamers at the tail.  I don't see long streamers on this exoskeleton.  It might be a mayfly and they just broke off.  Or it could be a lacewing or other type of fly.  You can look at photos on www.whatsthatbug.com and scroll down the left column to "fly".
