Can you please identify this bug(see photo)
This worm-like bug can come out of both ends.

Hi Riaan
This is a Plaster Bagworm and it is a caterpillar related to the clothes moth that builds a case to hide in. They eventually emerge as a small moth. They feed on spider webs and are harmless. This is the first time I have seen one from Africa. They are common in the Southern US
