Entomology (Study of Bugs)/Unknown bug

Unknown Bug
Unknown Bug
I've found this bug on three different occasions on my desk which sits facing the window in my bedroom.

It's very small. Maybe close to 4mm.

Any help would be great!

Hi Diana
This looks like the larvae of a dermestid beetle, which means there are adult beetles in the house somewhere. These beetle larvae will feed on any plant or animal products. You may only have few but if you see more you will have to locate the source. Look through all of your dry goods and dried foods in your kitchen. If you find more let me know
