Insect identification  
Can you please tell me what this insect is and are there any concerns, we have a lot flying around the pool deck and they also enter the home.

These are "mayflies" of the order Ephemeroptera.  They almost literally live only a day as adult insects.  As nymphs (naiads) they are aquatic, living in rivers or lakes, sometimes for years before emerging en masse as adults.  Here's more:

They are completely harmless to people, pets, property.
