I saw your 2009 post about house centipedes. Is that what I have here? Seattle, Washington, laundry room. Thanks!

This is *not* a house centipede, but a "stone centipede."  Here's more:

They can sometimes blunder indoors, but normally live under rocks, in rotten logs and stumps, and other sheltered places, coming out at night to hunt.  They are not dangerously venomous.
