The bug in question
I keep finding these in my bed. If I were to sit at my PC I'll get itchy but when I look there is nothing there. Please help these things are getting annoying!!

Answer
Jonathan,

Yes, this is the varied carpet beetle, see http://www.livingwithbugs.com/carpet_beetle.html for additional life history and control information. These beetles are normally found infesting stored foods such as cereals and dry pet food but discarded food can become infested as well. May be time for a thorough cleaning of the bedroom.
