Entomology (Study of Bugs)/carpet beetles?

Question
bug #1
bug #1

bug #2
bug #2
Greetings,

I've found these two bugs, the black one (bug #1) on blanket and the second one one the wall. Can they be carpet beetles? I've been finding 1-2 specimen of the second bug every week for about a month.

Thank you very much for your help.

Answer
Asar,

Yes these look like carpet beetles but because of the small size of the images I can't be 100% sure of the id. See http://www.livingwithbugs.com/carpet_beetle.html for some general information and pictures of these beetles. I'm less confident of "bug #1" than the other.
