I found a couple of these tiny white bugs on my iPad today. I went and looked at the book shelf that I had it on and found them all over the place. From what I found online dust mites aren't visible to the human eye, and I can clearly see them crawling around without the magnifier. Please help

Hard to tell what you have there, but if they are mites, I cannot be of much help.  Mites are not insects for one thing (they are arachnids), but they are also so diverse that it takes an acarologist (mite expert) to identify them.

I usually send folks with mystery mites to this gentleman:

You can tell him I sent you, he is most cordial and helpful.  Sorry I can't help you outright!
