We keep having these bugs coming into our house and they jump around. However, we haven't been able to figure out what type of bugs these are. Could you help us?

Answer
Jeff,

This is either a silverfish or a firebrat (depends on color), see http://www.livingwithbugs.com/silverfish_firebrats.html for pictures to compare. Both are common, silverfish are generally associated with damp areas whereas firebrats prefer drier, warmer areas.
