Is this a small shamrock spider?

Hi Dale
This is indeed an orb weaver of the Genus Araneus to which a shamrock spider but there is no way I can tell the species without actually examining  the spider.  Also the common name "shamrock spider " is used to identify more then one species. The usual scientific name is Araneus trifoliam. ( trifolium means 3 leaves-- shamrock)
I think you can call this a shamrock spider without dispute
