Entomology (Study of Bugs)/Please Identify

Is this some kind of butterfly, moth, larvae???

Found at my car garage, San Juan, Puerto Rico.
A Caribbean Tropical Island.

Thanks in advance.

Dear Joaquin - This is a pupa of some kind of moth (impossible to tell exactly which kind from this video clip). The caterpillar it came from chose a poor location to undergo pupation; for species that do not spin a cocoon, pupation usually occurs just under the soil surface or under some shelter (boards, leaf litter, etc.) on the ground. And my apologies for the delay in responding - we were without internet service much of the weekend (apparently related to the very severe storms that affected our area last Thursday).
Hope this helps,

Will accept most questions in general entomology, including those related to medical entomology, taxonomy, ecology, arthropod surveillance, and pest management. If you are requesting a 'mystery bug' identification, PLEASE either attach an image to your question, or post an image on a web page (such as Flickr) so that I can look at it, as verbal descriptions frequently are insufficient for a definitive identification.
