QUESTION: Please help my family and I returned from vacation in SC we visited a plantation and could have carried something back with us. Since visiting we have all discovered tiny bumps in random areas on our body. Just today I discover tiny reddish brown bugs in my husbands closet a cluster of them. I'm not sure what this is please help!

These look like spider beetles (see http://ento.psu.edu/extension/factsheets/spider-beetles or google "spider beetles"). Spider beetles don't bite and are harmless (sometimes a minor pantry pest). The symptoms you describe sound more like an allergic or contact rash rather than bites. If the rash does not clear up I'd ask your family MD to take a look.
