It is too blurry to id through the container. However since you labelled the photo "fly bee" I'm guessing it looks like a cross between a fly and a bee. If so it might be a fly in the family Bombyliidae (common name bee flies), see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bombyliidae.
