Entomology (Study of Bugs)/Bed Bug?

QUESTION: Hi-can you tell me if this is a bed bug? I found it dead on the floor underneath my couch.

The image is too small to be certain but this does not look like a bed bug, see http://www.livingwithbugs.com/bed_bug.html for comparison. If you can get a closer photo I'd be glad to take another look.

QUESTION: Here's another one. Hopefully this one is clearer. Cleaning my apartment and found a 2nd bug that looks different I will send in another question. Thanks for your help

This is an immature cockroach, see http://www.livingwithbugs.com/cockroach_identification.html. Usually when immature roaches are found outside the harborage it means that there's a fairly significant infestation. Apartment buildings are notoriously difficult to treat for roaches but baiting with professional baits can help (see http://www.livingwithbugs.com/cockroach_baits.html).
