Question
Does a father have the right to make his 6 year old daughter get her ears pierced six times and the ear cartilage if she does not object yes or no?  Does the father have to right to do this if she objects, yes or no (children rights)?  The law says that he has that right even if she objects?

Answer
What state is this in? If it is California then no, children have additional rights there because of the early abuses in the film industry.  But, in many other states, this is not the case.  As to why a father would want to have that many ear rings in a child's ears, is beyond me.  If she is objecting, the father should listen.
