Would it be okay for an American man to have sex (and try and get them pregnant) with many Japanese women in Japan, because he knows that in Japan man do not legally have to pay child support and most mothers do not want any child support and do not want the father around?  He also knows that there is no child support treaty with the USA.

Well if he is trying to preserve his genetic material and wants to spread his seed around, I think it is goofy since he will never really have the opportunity to be a parent to these children.  Personally, I think he needs to keep is thing in his pants and keep  the zipper zipped.
