Question
I created a macro for 1250 tables. However, I would like the outcome to be stated in a table ranging A1-D52. Can I copy an active cell to, for example, C3, and go back to my active cell?

kind regards.

Answer
Hi Erik,

You should be able to do that using the relative cell reference when recording your macro, which will help you return to the current active cell.

The item that you'll need to explain a little better is with your outcome table.  How do you select which cell to copy to?  Obviously, it won't always go in to C3, but how do you want to choose the next cell for the next result?

I can answer most general questions, including formatting, shortcuts, pivot tables etc. I have just started using macros, so vba is not my strong suit. I also enjoy explaining the solution at the questioners level of understanding. I am an accountant by trade, so that is my primary area of expertise, but I am willing to tackle just about anything.
