Excel/Trying to figure out total

Question

Sliding fee Scale
I work for a non-profit company and we are trying to use the sliding fee for poverty.
What Im trying to do is have the total owed be filled in according to what is input in the preceeding 3 boxes. The charge amount would be input according to what was done.
The family size and anual income would be also put in according to what they filled out, which would then give the amount of discount. So say a person came in with a family of 3 with an annual income of 25,000 dollars and the bill was 300 dollars. It would be 100 dollars multiplied by the discount. So 100 x 80%. So the person would only pay $20.
Any chance that this could be done automatically?

Answer
Yes, but I'm struggling with the 100 dollars bit? I would probably modify the table slightly so that it only had the "up to" value, but thats minor (and can probably be worked around)

~Can you clarify the rules for the 100 dollars - and if it helps to email me (eg with the actual file rather than a picture) you can get me at aidan.heritage@virgin.net.  I'm in the UK so my reply will be based around uk hours (!)
