About Tom Ogilvy
Expertise
Worked with the program for many years - provided assistance on MS Excel Newsgroups since 1997. Have received the Microsoft MVP award annually since 1999. I don't answer questions on using Excel in a browser Since I have no way to test this. Prefer not to answer charting questions. I consider myself to be particularly knowledgeable about using VBA internal to Excel but have no problems with formulas and pivot tables either.

Experience
Have Used Excel for 15 - 20 years. Answered in excess of 70,000 Excel related questions in MS Excel newsgroups. Unless obvious, please specify whether you want a worksheet function or macro/VBA solution.

Education/Credentials
BS General Engineering (concentration in Industrial Engineering) MS Operations Research Systems Analysis

Thanks

Saem Asrar

I can automate if for you, but you need to send me one workbook/ sheet with the data as an example and one workbook/sheet with all the fields in one row (from your video).  Also, the email address appears before the other address data (is that correct).

Since you are processing multiple workbooks/worksheets, I assume you would want the data appended to the master sheet rather than the macro to always start in row 2.

If you are worried about confidentiality, I can assure you that after I use the file to set up the macro I will delete it.  You could of course send a representative sample that has a hundred or so rows of dummy data as long as it represents all situations I will need to confront with the macro.   Your choice.
