In cell (H25) I have INT(F28) which gives me 14
In cell (I25) I have (F28-H28)*60) which gives me 7
What's the formula for: Miles Per Hour?"

Answer
Hi Don
How are you?

How many miles do you run)? in how many minutes?
4.25/60  is the number of miles per minute?

Well, suppose you run 4.25 in 30 minutes
Type 4.25 in A1
Type 30 in B1
Type =A1/B1 in C1
( This is the number of miles per minute)

Type =A1/B1*60 in D1
(This is the number of miles per hour)

Hope this helps you
Cheers
