Question
How do you move address that are in one column to multiple columns

Answer
You can use the menu Data->Text to columns.  This will start a wizard, where you will be able to split the data in one column to several columns based on various criteria that you can define.  The result will depend on how the data was organized in the first place, but if you have delimiters like commas this tool can do a good job.

If you have trouble following the wizard, please let me know.  I recommend saving before starting it, to be sure that you can revert the changes if you are not happy with them.

Hope this helps,
Miguel
