Hi Bob,
how are you doing? i am stuck with a nesty problem again and please help me out like over the months you have been doing.I Think it requires a macro to accomplish the job. Here is the scenario, i have developed a table which says something as shown bellow or see the attachment (in column A,B,C,D,E,F&G):

Area_Code 1_Position 2_Position 3_Position 4_Position 5_Position
88299   D   C   A   F   E
88298   BLOCK   BLOCK   BLOCK   BLOCK   BLOCK
93   C   E   A   L   D
9377   D   C   E   B   F
9370   C   F   D   E   B
9375   D   C   A   F   E
9378   C   F   D   E   A
9379   C   D   E   F   B
937500   D   C   A   F   E
937501   D   C   A   F   E

Now there is a list containing the carrier list (in column 0):
A
B
C
D
E
F
L
M
BLOCK

now, i want to re-arrange the position of the letters based on its status, suppose i have removed or set a cross mark against carrier c & D and press a macro button then the position of the letters for area code 88299 will be A F E (in column i,j,k)instead of D C A F E. please note that area code 88298 are set as blocked, it will remain unchanged.

I am really in need of this favor. Please please help me out. look forward to hear from you.

Humble Regards,
Sami

Answer
Sorry, but I have no idea what you're saying - first, what does it mean to "remove or set a cross mark"? Second, the image is way too small to be useful to me, third, I don't understand "...area code 88298 are set as blocked..."
So it's not that I'm missing something, I'm missing everything.
Try again.
