  If Not IsError(res) Or Not IsError(res1) Then

Answer
Hanim,

You already are excluding the sheet that contains the formula, so you would just add an additional check in that line that the sheet name does not equal master

Public Function VlookupAllSheets(target As Range, Table As Range, Cool_Index_No As Long, Exact As Variant)

Dim sh As Worksheet
Dim res1 As Variant, res As Variant
Dim sheet_Table As Range
Dim r As Range
Set r = Application.Caller
VlookupAllSheets = ""

For Each sh In Table.Parent.Parent.Worksheets
If sh.Name <> r.Parent.Name and lcase(sh.Name) <> lcase("Master") Then
Set sheet_Table = sh.Range(Table.Address)
  res = Application.VLookup(target, sheet_Table, Cool_Index_No, Exact)
  res1 = Application.VLookup(Format(target, "@"), sheet_Table, Cool_Index_No, Exact)
  If Not IsError(res) Or Not IsError(res1) Then
    If Not IsError(res) Then
       VlookupAllSheets = res '& " " & sh.Name
    Else
       VlookupAllSheets = res1 '& " " & sh.Name
    End If
    Exit Function
  End If
End If
Next
End Function
