Please see the attached file. This is in connection with my last question 2 days before.



In sheet report in the following cells:
In R6


In S6

In T6

Then select R6:T6 and drag fill down the column until you get to the last row you need.

If you want to increase the columns, then follow the same pattern as the formulas listed above.
You would have to increase the number of columns where the identifier is sought in row 2 of the Database sheet:  Database!$A$2:$M$2   argument in the Match function
