Excel/VBA Sum/Count

Hello Tom,
Could you please help write small code, need to find value Sheet5.Range("M54").value within range ("M4:M51"), if true need to know value at  range.offset(0,1).value and continue thru the all range("M4:M51") as it is possible that value("M54") exist multiple times at the range, and need to keep adding the values after value. Hope this explanation is understandable.

Sub abc()
Dim r as Range, tot as double
Dim r1 as Range, cell as Range
set r1 = Range("M54")
set r = Range("M4:M51")
tot = 0
for each cell in r
 if cell.value = r1.value then
    tot = tot + cell.offset(0,1)
 end if
' you don't say what to do with the sum,
' so I will just diplay it in a msgbox
msgbox "Total is: " & tot
end Sub
