Excel/creating a macro


"I wish to generate a macro so as to count how much A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H has work during a month as the report by running a macro. Days highlight in red are public holidays. Therefore this also has to be in the report
During overtime no night allowance will be paid. Thanks


I don't know if you sent a copy of your sheet, but if you did, I don't see it or any other information that will allow me to give you an answer.
I believe, from what you have said, that your counted hours can be done with a formula and will not require a macro.  If you can give me more information relative to what your data looks like I will try to give you the type of formula that you need.
