Excel/Multiple Double Vlookup
I have data like below and i want to pick the 14.3 against "A" then 31.4 against "B", 40.0 against against D and so on.
i have used Index function with Match function but its not working properly.

A3 B 8.6 31.4 0.0 0.0
A4 D 0.0 5.7 0.0 40.0
A5 C 2.9 22.9 22.9 5.7
A6 D 5.7 11.4 0.0 42.9
A7 A 42.9 5.7 5.7 5.7
A8 A 40.0 0.0 20.0 2.9
A9 C 0.0 2.9 51.4 8.6
A10 D 2.9 0.0 5.7 57.1
A11 D 8.6 40.0 0.0 17.1
A12 A 51.4 5.7 2.9 8.6
I wasn't sure where you enter the input value. Based on my understanding, I have prepared the following solution:
Cells C1 to F1 contain values A,B,C,D
Cells A1 to A12 contain values 1 to 11
Cells B2 to F12 contain the table you posted in your question
Cell G2 contains the following formula =HLOOKUP(B2,$C$1:$F$12,A2+1,FALSE)
Cell G3 contains the following formula =HLOOKUP(B3,$C$1:$F$12,A3+1,FALSE)
and so on until cell G12.
Column G is the result you are looking for.
