Excel/macro commands

Question
I am 45 years old and grew up in college using Lotus 1-2-3.  I haven't created a macro in 20 years.  Using Excel 2007, I am trying to locate three different commands that I was used to on Lotus.  1)  How can I "branch" to different lines within a macro?  For instance, if a certain value in cell Z3 is greater than 10, I want to drop from line 45 in the macro to the command on line 100 of the macro.  In Lotus, this command was called "branch".  2)  How can I use the macro to command the curser to go to a certain cell on the spreadsheet?  In Lotus, this command was called "goto"?  Thanks in advance.
