Go to Excel and then Tools / Options / View



Deselect the following:



  Row & column headers

  Horizontal scroll bar

  Vertical scroll bar

  Sheet tabs



Click OK



On the visible sheet select A1:IV65536 and select Merge and Centre, then click on Fill Color and select Gray 25%
